A Thermal Camera is a good diagnostic tool to be able to actually see where air infiltration is occurring within or outside of the thermal envelope.  This tool is good for seeing the air infiltration areas but does not measure the amount of leakage/infiltration occurring.  Often times we pair the thermal camera investigation while running the blower door to not only see but measure the amount of air infiltration occurring.
